Hired as the Head of Global Engineering and Operations Quality, reporting to the COO, built a global

world. Siara Systems was acquired by Redback in 2000 and Redback was acquired by Ericsson in 2007.

Senior Engineering Manager, Ericsson - October 2007 to April 2011

Promoted to senior engineering manager with overall responsibility for Ericsson’s next-generation

routing and broadband services gateway.

  ® Designed a novel automated “Change Driven Regression Test System” that reduced test cycle time

from weeks to a few hours, saving millions of dollars in personnel and equipment costs.

edge routing and broadband services gateway.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Systems Integration Engineer, Lucent Technologies, Landover, MD – 1999 to 2000

Designed a novel method to test the various states and state transitions using a CFSM (communicating

finite state machine) based model to validate the new 1+1 APS engine.

Researcher, Bellcore and Institute for Systems Research, College Park, MD – 1997 to 1999

Invented a method to improve performance of TCP over satellite networks and implemented this within the

Linux kernel.
